Garden View Guest House Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all bookings at Garden View Guest House in both Harare and Bulawayo. By confirming a reservation with us, guests agree to the following terms:

1. Free Cancellation Period

• Guests may cancel their reservation up to [e.g., 7 days or 14 days] prior to the scheduled check-in date without any penalty. A full refund of any deposit paid will be processed.

2. Late Cancellation Fee

• Cancellations made within [e.g., 7 days or 14 days] of the scheduled check-in date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to [e.g., 50% or 100%] of the total booking amount. This is to compensate for the potential loss of income from the reserved room.

3. Non-Refundable Deposit

4. No-Show Policy

5. Early Departure

• In the event of an early departure, the full booking amount for the originally reserved stay will be charged. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the reservation.

6. How to Cancel

7. Refunds

• By making a reservation at Garden View Guest House, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy. We strongly recommend that all guests obtain suitable travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may lead to a cancellation.
